The Cal Poly Corporation recently purchased a state of the art off campus workspace that will increase the available office space and create incredible multimedia opportunities for the Cal Poly community.
4800 Morabito Place - the former Rosetta Marketing Group building – offers 46,000 square feet of workspace, over two stories as well as a 3,800 square foot video production studio that features a two-story tall green screen.
Work is currently underway on planning and programing for the facility.
A project working group has been formed and is tasked with creating a plan and pathway forward for the building to ensure that a thoughtful approach is taken, and every available avenue is researched. The group has partnered with Gensler, an architectural firm, to perform a 14-week study on how best to structure any tenant improvements to fully utilize the space.
The project completion date is estimated for early 2024.
