Mustangs, mark your calendars for March 22! Why you ask? From then until April 15 Administration & Finance (A&F) will open its annual Focus Forward Customer Satisfaction Survey. It’s not every day that you get to share your thoughts for the chance to win an iPad Mini Pro!
Over the past year you may have received services from Facilities Management and Development, Public Safety, Performing Arts Center, Strategic Business Services, University Financial Services, University Budget and Fiscal Planning. Each unit fulfills different operational goals for the university therefore each will have its own survey. We only ask that you rate the departments from which you have received services!
Once you’ve pressed “done” on the survey you will automatically be entered into the grand prize drawing for a chance to win not just an iPad Mini Pro, but other dozens of prizes including gift cards to Starbucks, Amazon and local businesses including Scout Coffee Co., Brown Butter Cookie Co. and others.
Everyone who takes the survey will be a part of a continued effort to create a better campus climate through improved services and new amenities. This assessment will provide the opportunity to comment on all A&F offerings, deliverables and customer service. Any comments, questions, suggestions, concerns, we want to hear it!
As a reminder, this survey is completely confidential and is intended to supply A&F with information on the performance of departments to help determine which are working well and which may need improvement.
